Jessica Cagney is a make-up artist based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Jessica has over 10 years exp as a make-up artist & is a qualified Hairdresser with 13 years exp. Along with a successful freelance business, she is a Qualified Make-up Teacher& has taught atprivatly owned school in the Gold Coast & Brisbane.
