A qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Joel specialises in Deep Tissue Massage. This includes intense, regular therapy, working deep into the muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension which might have developed from injuries or overuse. Anyone suffering from neck, shoulder and back pain; sleepless nights, headaches; injuries and sprains; stress; RSI; fluid retention and sciatica would benefit greatly from a series of 1 hour treatments.

We are becoming increasingly aware of the strain/pain in our muscles caused by occupations requiring long hours at work sitting at a computer. Joel is an expert in corporate massage which is a treatment of the neck, scalp, shoulders, back and arms. This clears the mind, inspires, motivates and recharges the body for clearer thinking and improving overall productivity. It is performed oil free and fully clothed either at your work station or a quieter office area if preferred. Many employers contract Joel to come to their workplace to give their team a 10 to 20 minute seated massage a Stress Buster treatment. This treatment is specificaly designed to target these muscles allowing a return to good posture and as an essential part of overall wellbeing.
