My love of music started developing at the age of 4. Throughout my 14 years as a commercially active singer, I have had the opportunity to perform in various live music venues throughout Melbourne and across the Gold Coast. In my early teens I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Amorosi, performing at her live concert as a solo artist in front of 40,000 people.
Some of my career highlights include, appearing in a number of television talent quests with successful outcomes:
- Australian Idol – top 50
- Popstars – top 20
- XFactor – top 100
My passion now is to teach singing, and share my experience and love for music with the next generation of children.
My teaching method is to create a fun and focused environment where kids will enjoy their singing, while ensuring they develop proper habits early on. This enables them to improve quicker and avoid vocal damage later in life.
Teaching technique is only one part to being a singer, I believe that adding a bit of fun to the mix, with a bit of rhythm and emotion brings out the unique self.
I love music and teaching, and can’t wait to help the next superstar of the future.
