Seabest International Pty Ltd was established in Brisbane in 1999 by Carmelo Comi and has since become one of Australia’s largest seafood suppliers.
Seabest International specialises in a wide variety of seafood and has an excellent business profile both internationally and within Australasia. The commitment to quality and service together with the marketing of the company’s own brands SEAGOLD and SEABEST has seen the company develop a very strong and loyal customer base together with diversified, reliable and consistent suppliers.
The company’s commitment to a very stringent Quality Assurance Program (QAP) is recognised as “industry leading”. Seabest International has various internationally recognised Quality Certifications resulting in quality assured private label products for both major supermarket chains and Australian Wholesalers.
The company’s head office operates from a purpose built coolstore within the Ormeau Business Park, a new industrial estate adjoining the Pacific Motorway and within easy distance of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We also have Sales Representitives located in both Sydney and Perth ensuring best service and best prices for our customers nationally.
In 2009 Seabest International was acquired by Competitive Food Group of Companies (CFAL) which is known for its Burger King and KFC (WA and NT) brands.
