ATC is a mobile training company that specialises in first aid training in the workplace and also conduct public courses each week at venues throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane. We also offer CPR only updates.

We are happy to provide the training at your location, at a time convenient to the operation of the business.

Our instructors are fully qualified and ATC maintains public liability and professional indemnity insurance and issue a nationally accredited certificate to each candidate on completion.

The Senior First Aid Course, which has now been upgraded and renamed as Provide First Aid is a nominated 15 hours duration course, however we deliver the course in a practical 7.5 hour training day or two night sessions of 3.5 hours and provide a workbook to be completed prior to or after the practical day and sent into us.

Apply First Aid – previously known as Senior First Aid HLTAID003 Completed in 8 hours of practical. A text book and workbook provided to each participant. Upon the completion of both the practical training and theory workbook each participant is issued with a nationally accredited certificate. The CPR component is valid for 12 months and the Apply First Aid for 3 years.

At the completion of this Apply First Aid course participants will have the knowledge and understanding of First Aid including –

• Assist a person having a cardiac arrest by administering CPR and be able to advise unqualified persons as to what to do

• Burns, hot and cold Illnesses
• Epilepsy and Convulsions

Apply First Aid Recertification – practical training only (workbook not required) – a Current first aid certificate should have not expired longer than 21 days. Upon completion of the practical training each participant is issued with a nationally accredited certificate. The CPR component is valid for 12 months and the Apply First Aid for 3 years.

CPR –HLTAID001 - this 2 hour practical course is the first two hours of the Apply First Aid – now includes defibrillation. Upon completion of the practical training each participant is issued with a nationally accredited certificate valid for 12 months

Low Voltage Switchboard Rescue

Low Voltage Switchboard and Resuscitation (L/V & CPR) training was implemented to provide strategies for persons to perform a safe rescue of a victim who has received an electric shock or personal injuries while working on low voltage conductors or equipment. This course provides the participant with the skills on how to manage danger of accidental electrocution. At the completion of the course you will be competent to rescue and provide resuscitation to a person who has stopped breathing or is unconscious due to electrical shock.

The Low Voltage Switchboard Rescue Module is a non-accredited course and participants are issued statements of attendance.
