Mum and Baby Stroller Group Fitness Classes - Join other mums for a safe and interactive workout. Use your stroller, resistance equipment and your body weight to burn fat and imporve your strength and stamina. Baby will be entertained by songs, visual stimulation and fun activities incorporated into your workout.
Mummylicious is a fitness program dedicated to help new mums look & feel fantastic by providing a unique alternative to working out. Our 1 hour Baby Friendly Stroller Group Fitness Classes provide an aerobic workout with resistance exercises presented in a fresh way each week to keep you motivated & feeling great about your self! Each class includes intervals of cardio drills or power walking/jogging with the stroller, functional strength training, postnatal core work & flexibility exercises. It's a great way to get fit & meet other mums while bonding with your baby. And what better way to keep yourself motivated than by working out with a group of mums just like you!
