PHJ Services (previously known as Peter’s Hydro Jet Services) is a local business that has been in operation on the Gold Coast since 1975. It is locally owned and operated with a team of twelve, which includes certified carpet layers and pest controllers.

WATER DAMAGE Over the past 33 years, PHJ has specialised in Water Damage Restoration. We are listed on the ‘Preferred Supplier’ lists of most insurance companies, and insurance assessors often call direct to organise the extraction, drying, re-laying and cleaning of both commercial and residential carpet. The restorations often extend to internal reconstruction work, which allows PHJ to offer the complete management of a Restoration incident.

TILE & GROUT CLEANING Both internal and external tiles and grout can effectively be cleaned on site using our truck-mounted machinery. The tools used allow us to apply hot water under high pressure to remove soils from hard surfaces without any overspray getting onto other floor or wall surfaces.

PEST CONTROL

Urban Pests The result of this work is the eradication of the hygiene problems associated with pests such as rodents, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, fleas and ants.

We use gel or a fog treatment for the difficult areas, so that areas such as roof cavities and cupboard joins do not allow an insect to escape detection.

Termites The Gold Coast is a well known ‘hot-spot’ for termites. They can cause enormous damage to timber structures and it is very important that all building structures are protected from them. PHJ can provide all facets of termite control, including pre-purchase building inspections and reports.
