These days change happens super-fast in all areas and it is the speed of this change that can really unsettle us. We need to change and transition faster than ever before. This can be challenging and a place where we do not want to stay for any longer than we absolutely need to. This is where we can really help.
Our primary focus is to aid and assist you to get to where you want to be. We drill down to the skills, talents and capabilities that we know you already possess (though you might not yet believe that). We seek to connect you with your reasons for your life (also called purpose) or simply to the things that you think make life worth living. It is an exciting and challenging process of discovery and we know without doubt that it is totally worth doing. It can create lots of positive change that is what you really want.
We offer a common sense and easy guide through these changes and towards your own unique transformation. This will happen as you achieve mastery of the changes besetting your life. The benefits for your life and career can be quite life enhancing.
Your coach, Leonard, has plenty of life, family and work experience, is well educated and has strong coaching qualifications from the Life Coaching Academy (one of Australia’s best coaching schools) so he knows his stuff. More importantly, he has a good ear, a kind heart and a large dose of common sense with strong intuitive skills. Leonard has coached local and international clients so it does not matter where you are geographically or personally right now.
The coaching takes place over Skype, phone or face-to-face depending on what is practical and convenient for the client. Coaching occurs in a natural, normal and easy manner and focuses on you and your specific needs and wants as the primary priority.
