Sale - $450.00 plus GST

Purchasing property in Queensland can be quite daunting. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that any Contract be reviewed before you sign it to ensure that the Contract is in the correct form, satisfies your needs and, most importantly, protects you.

On receipt of your Contract, we will advise you that we have received it and start working on your conveyance immediately.

Our fees are paid at settlement, so there are no immediate outlays in relation to your legal fees. We will keep you informed throughout the conveyance process, and you can call our office to discuss any queries you have at no extra cost.
