LatinoRobics Latin Fitness Classes: Enjoy a fun fusion of fitness, toning and fat-burning to the exciting Latin dancemusic & moves of Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Cha Cha & more.
If you like Zumba you'll love LatinoRobics as it's simpler, more practical and effective with a higher fun-factor!
Monday and Thursday evenings at 7 pm. Saturday mornings at 9 am.

Latin Group classes: These are a fun evening of lessons and dancing learning the popular latin dance styles of Salsa, Cha Cha, Mambo, Rumba, Samba, Merengue, Argentine Tango & more.
Wednesday evenings from 7.15 pm to 8.45 pm.

We will work closely with you to either create and develop a choreographed dance tailored to your specific song or help you gracefully improvise on the dance floor.
