At Outback Jacks Bar & Grill Mermaid Beach you can select your own cut of meat from our chilled display cabinet from where it is then cooked by our chefs for all to view on an open char grill. You might not know that Outback Jacks has our very own exclusive meat label "Diamond Cut Gold Series".
The Prime and Choice cuts are grain fed to produce great marbling for that famous OBJ's eating experience. Our Choice cut cattle is grass fed and free range, giving it a cleaner, leaner flavour.
We serve a succulent range of seafood from calamari, garlic or hot dynamite prawns as well as the good ol' fashioned fish & chips. It is so good we know you will be back for more!
