With summer well underway it’s no surprise that people are looking to trim a few inches off their waist this year to get themselves that perfect swimsuit body. With this massive fitness trend surging its way across Australia nobody has felt the weight-loss bug as much as the people at The Diet Plate.
Recently The Diet Plate has experienced a phenomenal amount of interest in its products which has led to a delay on stock due to its unprecedented demand.
Kay Illingworth first invented The Diet Plate way back in 1995. It was the world’s first portion control plate that has been proven to work with many people up and down the country. Originally launched in the UK, The Diet Plate has gained a huge following ever since its launch and continues to do so.
The Diet Plate is a revolutionary invention that allows you to measure by sight the appropriate portions of protein, carbohydrates, vegetables, dairy and fat that is needed in your daily diet to enable weight loss. The Diet Plate also comes with some fantastic recipes for you to try that have been expertly put together to ensure you’re getting the most out of your meals.
The Diet Plate also has a strong success rate with diabetes sufferers, significantly reducing reliance on insulin and other medications while achieving a steady, natural weight loss.
After the huge success of the Diet Plate, new ranges such as the Calorie Control Breakfast Bowl, The Magic Plate for children and the separate male & female plates were researched and put in to development. Just like the original Diet Plate, the new range has been a huge success and is continuing to help people in both the UK and Australia achieve healthy weight loss. Each plate has been researched thoroughly to ensure the right amounts of each substance are consumed in any one meal.
With The Diet Plate being at an unbelievably fantastic value it’s no wonder there has been such an unprecedented demand for it recently.
New stock of The Diet Plate is expected for early January when shipping should be returned to normal. If you’re interested in learning about The Diet Plate, or for more information about the benefits, visit www.thedietplate.com.au.
