Love What We Do at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre

What do you love to do?  Perhaps its yoga on a Sunday, a stroll on the beach or cooking for friends.

At the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) it’s everything we do for our clients from the smallest ingredient that goes into our meals to hosting a capacity crowd at an unforgettable concert.  The key is passion and the rest comes naturally.

‘Love What You Do; We Do’ is the motto for the GCCEC’s new ad campaign set for release in early February.

GCCEC General Manager Adrienne Readings said audiences should expect something new and different from traditional venue advertising.

“The creative thinking behind the concept of this inspiring campaign is to remind our past clients of how good their experience at the Centre was and to put us on the forefront as a venue of choice for those who haven’t experienced our service,” she said.

“These ads move away from the conventional brand building standard which typically shows the venue advertised and lists all its great assets and achievements.

“This campaign on the other hand is something emotive, something a little bit quirky and something that we think people can really connect to.

“There is a strong emphasis on what sets us apart from our competitors including positioning GCCEC not as a building but as people who will make it happen.

“Love What You Do” features 7 new ads reflecting the Centre’s destination, service, flexibility and size, among others, addressing key market segments through powerful imagery and references.

“GCCEC is optimistic about the positive results that this campaign is expected to generate for the Centre within our domestic and international markets,” Adrienne said.
